A private equity backed oilfield cementing company is seeking an experienced District Manager in Clarksburg, WV. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the district, improving service quality, and engaging customers in order to improve district profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the district including operations, sales, HSE and other support functions.
- Ensure district service quality by ensuring personnel are properly trained and equipment is properly maintained.
- Engage with customers to earn and maintain business for the district.
- Manage district profitability & loss.
- Coordinate with senior management to plan the long term region and corporate level strategy.
Requirements:
- 15+ years oilfield experience in cementing or similar discipline
- 5+ years experience managing oilfield cementing
- Living in or willing to relocate to the Clarksburg area
- Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
